Leadership training is causing a revival in southern Ghana
After accepting the challenge to graduate from all four levels of WM Leadership Certification, 526 women are reaping spiritual rewards from these life-enriching courses.
West-Central Africa Division (WAD)
[Ghana] Hundreds of Ghanaian women have challenged themselves to complete the General Conference Women's Ministries (GC WM) Leadership Certification program of four levels prior to the West-Central Africa Division (WAD) Women's Leadership congress in 2019.
Testifying to the increase in knowledge and confidence they gain from the courses, many of the 526 women boldly teach to others the courses they have already taken. Under the dynamic guidance of WM leaders, this reciprocal activity is producing a revival among the women of Southern Ghana Union Conference.
Some church members have even been bringing their community friends to the life-enriching courses. The biblical introduction and personal skills acquired in the seminars are invaluable to all.
The first level of Leadership Certification training was completed during the first quarter of 2018. We expect to finish level four during the first quarter of next year. We praise God for this huge upsurge of women in ministry.
