Ever since the last women's ministries congress, women have been saving their pocket change in piggy banks to bring back for the Munderi Church renovation fund.

Southern Asia Division (SUD)

[India] In 2018 women were being nurtured and trained in Southern Asia Division. Here are sample stories.

Women’s Congress

Excited women brought their piggy banks to the women’s congress in April held in North Kerala Section. Their banks had been distributed during the previous women’s congress and the women had been saving. When all the money was collected and counted, the women were happy to donate Rs 25, 000.00 to the Munderi Church renovation fund.

Testimony of bicycle evangelism was shared by Aromal, Noya and Riya. These three girls share two bicycles in their evangelism efforts. Hearing their challenging stories was an inspiration for everyone in attendance, including Joy and Sheela, who donated one more cycle so that each happy young woman was able to ride her own bicycle all the time.

More than 300 people were in attendance at the Sabbath meetings with Premila Masih delivering the sermon to the waiting congregation.

Leadership Certification

Leadership Certification training, conducted at Ibrahimptatnam section campus, was attended by 62 women. These women were equipped to be leaders in their churches, homes, and communities. At the end of training, they received a certificate.

Evangelism

Women’s Ministries conducted an evangelistic series at Ramnagar – Chirala in South East Andhra Section, Ongole. Premila Masih and Uma Chinnaiah were resource personnel. Sunila Prasad did the ground work. As a result of the meetings, nine precious souls were won for Christ.
