[Korea] Nearly 300 women met for the 8th Session of the Korean Adventist Women’s Association (KAWA) in the Madalpy Retreat Center, February 21-22, 2018. To celebrate the 20th anniversary of KAWA, the Korean Union Conference (KUC) WM director, An, Jae Sun; KAWA president, Lee, Young Ja; and other WM leaders prepared a wonderful program of inspiring spiritual presentations, wonderful musical offerings, meaningful prayer times, and warm fellowship.

During this special KAWA session, the members were able to recognize and show their appreciation to Mrs. Lee for her dedication and hard work as KAWA president for the past 15 years. Through her leadership, many WM projects, events, mission trips, and other significant ministry opportunities were accomplished. To carry on this important ministry, Mrs. Nam Sang Sook, was elected and welcomed as the new KAWA president. We wish Mrs. Nam and KAWA God’s richest blessings and continued success for His glory.
