WM Leadership Certification participants prepare for graduation in 2023.

Leadership Certification training continues to take place in West-Central Africa Division because many women are interested in learning about leadership at home, church, and in their professional life. October and November were full of activities in different parts of the territory as women enrolled in the GC Women’s Ministries Leadership Certification training program prepare for the graduation ceremonies taking place during their 2023 WM Congresses planned in their territories.

Southern Ghana, Level 4

By the grace of God, a total of 483 women completed the WM leadership Certification training Level 4, in Southern Ghana Union Conference on the weekend of November 11-13, 2022, on the Campus of Legon University at Accra Ghana. It was a unique experience as women were motivated to take up leadership functions with more determination for success in their homes, churches and communities. They wait patiently for their graduation next year in 2023. We thank God for the great awakening among our women in WAD.

Northern Ghana, Level 4

In Northern Ghana Union Conference, 320 women completed Level 4 of the Leadership Certification course at the Christian Village, Kumasi, November 18-20, 2022. The facilitators for these trainings were the WAD Director and the Union Directors.

Northern Ghana, Level 3

Trainings for leadership certification courses level 3 took place in Northern Ghana in October 6-9, 2022, where some women leaders went through the trainings. They are preparing now for the level 4 training to earn the Andrews University Certificate and to be better equipped to serve the Lord.

Cameroon Level 3

Women completed WM Leadership Certification training level 3, November 14-18, 2022 in Cameroon. They look forward to finishing up with Level 4 by February 2023.
